Reaching the age of 50 and feeling a little pain here and there made me realize that I’m not getting any younger and my recent laboratory test shows it all.
Health is wealth but there are times that we take it for granted for the reasons like we are still young or we are energetic and we only live once so we just enjoy the moment.
