Ten comedians face a six-hour laugh-off filled with outrageous antics, unexpected twists, and one golden rule: make others laugh without cracking a smile.
Get ready for another round of comedy chaos as Prime Video unveils the official trailer for “LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines” Season 2, bringing together some of the country’s funniest personalities for a high-stakes battle of wit, creativity, and self-control.
Returning as host is comedy superstar Vice Ganda, who will preside over a six-hour competition where 10 comedians must make their rivals laugh while keeping their own expressions straight. The new season premieres exclusively on Prime Video on October 30, 2026.
The newly released trailer offers a glimpse of the outrageous characters, quick-fire punchlines, physical comedy, and unexpected antics that await viewers. With every reaction potentially changing the game, contestants must stay composed even as their fellow comedians pull out all the stops to break their concentration.
An All-Star Comedy Lineup
Joining the competition are Long Mejia, Epy Quizon, Candy Pangilinan, Ethel Booba, Pooh, Donna Cariaga, Chariz Solomon, Esnyr, James Caraan, and Charuth.
Bringing together talents from television, live performance, stand-up comedy, and social media, the lineup promises a clash of distinct comedic styles and personalities. Contestants will have to rely on their sharpest improvisation skills, clever punchlines, and most unexpected performances to make their competitors crack.
But in a room filled with professional jokesters, keeping a straight face may be harder than delivering the perfect punchline.
As the hours tick by, even the smallest reaction can have consequences. The comedians must navigate the growing pressure, unpredictable challenges, and the temptation to laugh at the very antics they are expected to resist. Friendships may be tested, alliances may emerge, and no one can afford to let their guard down.
Six Hours of Laughter, One Rule to Follow
The premise of “LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines” is simple but demanding: contestants must make others laugh without laughing themselves. Every comedian has the same objective, but each brings a different strategy to the room.
Whether through outrageous characters, spontaneous performances, physical comedy, or perfectly timed one-liners, the competitors will have to push their creativity to the limit. With Vice Ganda keeping watch over the action, viewers can expect plenty of unpredictable moments as the contestants try to outwit one another.
Returning for Season 2 is original showrunner Randolph Longjas. The series is produced by UXS Inc. (Unitel / Straight Shooters) for Amazon MGM Studios.
“LOL: Last One Laughing Philippines” is based on the successful Prime Original series from Japan, “Documental,” created by and starring Hitoshi Matsumoto and owned by Yoshimoto Kogyo.
