P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Sterling Bank of Asia have formalized a partnership to broaden home financing options for Filipino buyers, strengthening the property developer’s network of financial partners.

The partnership was sealed through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the P.A. Properties Alabang Office in Alabang Business Tower. Under the agreement, Sterling Bank of Asia joins P.A. Properties’ roster of partner banks, giving prospective homeowners an additional financing channel as they explore their homeownership options.

“At P.A. Properties, we believe that homeownership should be within reach of more Filipino families. This partnership with Sterling Bank of Asia allows us to provide our homebuyers with more financing options and greater opportunities to turn their dream of owning a home into reality. Together, we are not only building homes, but also creating pathways toward more secure and meaningful futures for Filipino families,” said Atty. Marianne Reyna C. Lina-Cruz, President and CEO of P.A. Properties.

The agreement highlights the importance of financial partnerships in supporting the residential property market, particularly as prospective homeowners seek financing solutions aligned with their needs and purchasing capacity.

For P.A. Properties, the collaboration further expands its relationships with established financial institutions while enhancing the financing solutions available to its homebuyers. The company said such partnerships form part of its continuing efforts to make its residential developments more accessible to Filipino families.

The MOA signing was attended by Candice P. Quianzon, Senior Vice President of Sterling Bank of Asia, and Myla V. Basa, Vice President of Sterling Bank of Asia.

Representing P.A. Properties were Romarico T. Alvarez, Chairman of the Board; Jonathan G. Lu, Vice Chairman of the Board; Atty. Marianne Reyna C. Lina-Cruz, President and CEO; and Lelito Flores, Chief Finance Officer.

Beyond residential development, P.A. Properties continues to emphasize community-building by creating spaces where families can establish their homes and pursue long-term aspirations.

Through its partnership with Sterling Bank of Asia, the company strengthens its approach to homeownership by combining property development with broader access to financing options—supporting Filipino families one home at a time.
