How to claim the holiday treat
Customers who purchase a qualifying Lenovo device can redeem their SM Gift Pass by following these steps:
- Register at Lenovo Promotions Philippines.
- Submit the required details and documents, including full name, contact number, valid ID, proof of purchase, device machine type model (MTM), and serial number.
- Ensure that the name on the purchase invoice matches the name on the valid ID.
Within 7 to 14 business days after submitting the redemption request, customers will receive an email confirming whether the request has been accepted, rejected, or requires clarification. Once the redemption is successful, the corresponding SM Gift Pass will be sent via email within another 7 to 14 business days.
Each customer may avail of the promotion up to five times. Redemption requests must be submitted within 60 days after the promotion ends, and unredeemed freebies will be forfeited after this period.
The promo applies only to qualifying device models purchased from authorized Lenovo resellers and is subject to the complete promo mechanics and Terms and Conditions. Customers are encouraged to verify the eligible MTMs and corresponding SM Gift Pass values before making a purchase.
