Customer experience (CX) solutions and technology global leader and PH largest private employer Concentrix is certified as Great Place to Work®  by the global authority on workplace culture that evaluates and publishes the “Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For” list.

According to the certification results, 80% of staff at Concentrix Philippines say that the company is a great place to work based on an extensive survey measuring the trust staff have with their leaders, the pride they have with their jobs, and the happiness they experience with their colleagues. Moreover, 90% said they consider Concentrix physically safe to work in and that they are treated fairly regardless of their status, gender or beliefs.

“This honor is particularly meaningful for Concentrix PH as we celebrate our Culture of being fanatical about our staff, by recognizing the importance of regularly soliciting feedback and addressing them to enhance staff experience and meet their varying needs. As an organization that designs, builds and runs the future of customer experience (CX) and grows people’s careers, we strive to build an environment that not only our people are proud of, but is also worthy of industry and global recognition. The Great Place to Work® certification is an awesome validation that amidst our scale and size, we continuously strive to support and further grow our 100,000-strong team here,” remarks Amit Jagga, SVP and Country Leader of Concentrix Philippines.

Aside from competitive compensation and benefits, Concentrix Philippines runs a comprehensive mental health program which provides staff with 24/7 free mental health support, and “FlexBen”, a program which allows staff the power to customize their existing set of benefits to use according to what’s relevant to their individual needs. Its “EveryONE Concentrix” umbrella program for all diversity, equity and inclusion practices such as hiring and support for persons with disabilities (PWD) and other marginalized sectors, “Concentrix Cares” CSR and Adopt-A-Community, as well as ”One Earth, One Concentrix” driving environmental conservation, are just a few examples of its Environmental, Social and Governance commitment.

The favorable impact of Concentrix’s people-centered culture as a Great Place to Work®  is validated by staff at various stages in their company journey. One who has been with Concentrix for 15 years, shares: “My experience here has been great since day 1. I really love how (Concentrix) puts the staff first in everything they do and puts a premium to overall health and wellbeing. They listen to staff feedback and come up with action plans to address them”. A newly hired staff also shares: “Hearing about the Great Place to Work certification of Concentrix Philippines reassures me that I made the right choice when I joined them. It makes me certain about all the great things that are in store for me here”.
