The best gifts for moms aren’t always the kind that come in boxes—they’re the shared moments spent with the people who matter most. Understanding this, Australian home and lifestyle brand Anko celebrated moms and their little ones with a tea party and cupcake-decorating workshop held at TriNoma on April 12. The fun continues with more sessions at Ayala Malls Manila Bay on April 18 and Ayala Malls Feliz on April 25.

During the event, moms and kids rolled up their sleeves to create sweet treats together using Anko’s colorful silicone bakeware, mixing bowls, spatulas, and charming serveware. The playful, family-friendly vibe that defines Anko’s brand filled the room—proving that even a simple activity can spark connection and creativity.

Leading the session was Ivi Piadozo, better known as Mommy Ivi on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (@ourdailyulam). A well-loved content creator who shares easy recipes and family meal ideas, Mommy Ivi guided participants through practical cupcake-decorating techniques, showing how a fun baking moment can easily become cherished family time.

The celebration doesn’t end there. From April 18 to May 10, Anko stores in Glorietta, Alabang Town Center, TriNoma, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and Ayala Malls Feliz will host “Flowers for Mom” crafting workshops, where kids can make paper bouquets for their moms. On May 9 and 10, moms will also be treated to complimentary hairstyling sessions. Plus, Anko Club members who spend at least ₱1,500 on select weekends will receive a limited-edition tote bag.

And just when the event was wrapping up, I couldn’t help but notice how many irresistible finds caught my eye—so much so that I ended up buying a few before heading out. Truly, budol is real when you’re inside Anko!
