Employee feedback highlights workplace flexibility, collaboration and an inclusive organizational culture
Security Bank has been recognized as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026, marking the third consecutive year the Bank has received the distinction.
The recognition underscores the Bank’s performance in employee engagement and workplace culture, based on feedback gathered through HR Asia’s Team Engagement Assessment survey. The assessment examines employee experiences, organizational practices and workplace engagement among participating companies across the region.
Security Bank scored above market benchmarks in several areas, including employees’ willingness to recommend the organization as a place to work. The Bank recorded a score of 4.06, exceeding the market benchmark of 3.86.
Workplace flexibility emerged as a key strength, with Security Bank scoring 4.63 against the same market benchmark of 3.86. Employees also gave above-market ratings for collaboration, inclusion and workplace culture.
Nerissa Berba, Chief People Officer of Security Bank, accepted the award on behalf of the Bank during the gala dinner and awards ceremony held on October 6, 2026.
“What makes this recognition meaningful is that it comes directly from employee feedback,” Berba said. She noted that receiving the distinction for three consecutive years reflects the strength of the Bank’s workplace culture and the experiences of its employees across the organization.
Berba added that the Bank remains focused on listening to employees and continuously improving their workplace experience, even as it recognizes the achievement.
Organized by HR Asia, the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards recognize organizations for their workplace culture and employee engagement practices, drawing on employee feedback and organizational assessments.
Security Bank previously received the recognition in 2024 and 2025. Its latest award extends that record to three consecutive years, reinforcing the Bank’s continued emphasis on employee engagement, flexibility and collaboration as part of its organizational priorities.
