Since Smart store operations have been temporarily stopped under ECQ, Smart, TNT, and Sun subscribers can go to stay.smart and check out information about services such as eLoad availability, bills payment, free access to COVID-related government websites, whitelisted news sites, emergency hotlines, and others.

Cebu City customers are also encouraged to use online payment services such as PayMaya to pay their bills or to purchase Smart e-Load. They can also visit the Smart Online Store (www.store.smart.com.ph) to avail of devices, accessories, and other transactions.

“Our customers’ safety is our priority. We are taking all the necessary steps to protect their health by enhancing our digital channels and strengthening our safety protocols amid the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Jane J. Basas, SVP and Head of Consumer Wireless Business at Smart.
