Policyholders will no longer have to worry about delayed payments with convenient payment options provided by AXA Philippines.

AXA Philippines, one of the country’s leading insurance providers, is offering various convenient online payment methods to help customers be safe and worry-free during these times.

Policyholders can pay premiums in the safety of their homes through online banking channels including MetrobankDirect, PS Bank Online, BDO Online Banking, BPI Express Online, PNB Online Banking, China Bank Online Internet Banking, BancNet Online, as well as credit card online through the AXA Philippines website at www.axa.com.ph.Only VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.

Policyholders may also opt to use the phone banking service of BPI or simply use ATM cards to pay via Metrobank’s electronic teller machines. Over-the-counter payments are also accepted at Metrobank, PSBank, BDO, BPI, Landbank, PNB, LBC (except in SM malls and Sta. Lucia mall), EC Pay (which includes 7-11, Metro Gaisano, Gaisano Grand, among others) and Remitbox Collect (HLhuillier, Prime Asia, Gemmary).

For hassle-free automatic payments, policyholders can also submit an accomplished auto-debit arrangement (ADA) form and valid ID at any AXA or Metrobank branch. Simply download the form at https://www.axa.com.ph/self-service.The following banks are available in the auto-debit arrangement facility: Metrobank, Landbank, BPI, BDO, Chinabank, and PNB. Once AXA receives your ADA enrollment application, you will receive a notification on the status of your enrollment.

An ADA may be cancelled, but the request should be received 30 days before the next billing schedule. If the policy payment method is monthly, a replacement auto-pay facility is required. Please note that for policies using their PSBank account in the ADA, customers should coordinate directly with PSBank on the cancellation of the auto-debit arrangement.

If the policyholder is unable to pay, a third party can do so provided that he/she is an immediate family member, namely a spouse, parent, child, or sibling. He/she must also submit proof of affiliation, which is subject to approval. In the event the payor doesn’t qualify as an acceptable third party, he/she must submit a direct credit form to avail of a refund, and the policyholder must pay the premium due.

All payments will be posted in at least two to three business days. Once payment has been posted, policyholders will receive the original receipt (OR) via email and may view this in their myAXA or Emma by AXA app account within two days from the date of posting.
